Returns Policy – Nestle & Bloom Baby Co. (UK)

At Nestle & Bloom Baby Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your babywear clothing, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We can offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund to the original payment method, depending on your preference.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-refundable but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at returns@nestlebloom.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Pack Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

  3. Return Shipping – We offer free returns on UK orders. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

  4. Processing Your Return – Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at nestleandboombabyco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments, socks, and accessories (unless faulty)
