At Nestle & Bloom Baby Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your babywear clothing, we are happy to offer a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We can offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund to the original payment method, depending on your preference.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are non-refundable but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
How to Return an Item

Pack Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

Return Shipping – We offer free returns on UK orders. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.

Processing Your Return – Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at nestleandboombabyco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
